Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase of goods from One Leaf Designs
1.2 These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you have use the website after amendments have been posted on http://oneleaf.aithosting.net

2. Price
2.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.
2.3 By submitting an order you warrant that:

  • You are authorised and able to make payment
  • The information you have provided is correct

2.4 A contract for purchases is formed once we have accepted an order by issuing a receipt number.

3. Payment
3.1 Once your order is approved, we will send an invoice with total costs including shipping. A link will be provided on details how to pay.
3.2 Payments will only be accepted via our online shopping store.
3.3 Once payment has been received a confirmation email will be sent notifying you that your items have been dispatched.
3.4 Minimum orders of $400.00 unless agreed otherwise.
3.5 Where an exclusive design is provided then additional cost may apply.
3.6 Invoice price plus deliver costs.
3.7 Invoice must be paid within 30 days.

4. Shipping
4.1 One leaf customers can expect to receive their items within 7 – 10 business days from receiving a confirmation email that your order has been sent. All orders will be shipped via Australia Post services.
4.2 Shipping will be calculated on a per order basis.
4.3 International Shipping – International orders can take up to 30 days especially at busy periods eg. Christmas. To receive goods outside Australia, please contact us with the delivery address and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. Customers are to cover the costs of any Customs Taxes.
4.4 Sometimes goods can be temporarily unavailable. One leaf is not liable for any loss arising from delays in delivery or failure to deliver (although you may request a refund if you do not receive goods properly ordered)

5. Refund/cancellation policy   
5.1 Due to health and hygiene reasons we do not accept changes on earrings, so please choose carefully.
5.2 Should you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please contact One Leaf Designs within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, an exchange, credit or refund, the decision whether to grant this will be at our discretion.
5.3 To claim a refund, exchange, credit please contact us:  the following terms and conditions apply to qualify for a refund or exchange.
– Items must be unworn and not damaged or altered.
– Packaging tags and labels should be attached and in the same condition as received.
– The item must be returned within 10 days (from the day you receive to the day you send to One Leaf Designs)
– You must provide a “proof of purchase” being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from One Leaf Designs.

5.4 One Leaf Designs Items must be returned in their original condition to

5.5 The cost of return delivery is not covered by One Leaf Designs and remains the responsibility of the buyer.  The buyer is also responsible for arranging any insurance on the product.

5.6 Upon receipt of the One Leaf Designs items, a refund will be given to you at the purchase price of the product, less any shipping costs. Refunds can only be credited back to the card that was used to make the original purchase.

5.7 The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by One Leaf Designs, however please allow 10 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

5.8 Refunds will only be given to products purchases from the One Leaf Designs Online Boutique. Exchanges will not be given on Sale items or items purchased elsewhere such as a designer market stall or jewellery party.
One Leaf Designs reserves the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.

6 Faulty or Damaged Goods
6.1 All items are thoroughly checked for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, should your items be damaged or opened on receipt, please advise us immediately by emailing and sending a photo

6.2 Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Many One Leaf Designs products are one of a kind, in the unfortunate event of damaged goods; please contact us to arrange an alternative option.
6.3 Refunds are only available on goods damaged in transit if such goods are returned within 7 days of receipt and immediate notification and photo of item(s) is sent by email at time of delivery.
6.4 You must provide a “proof of purchase” being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from One Leaf Designs.
